1. Is the Artwork sizing and resolution DPI correct?
2. Is the file format JPG/PDF/PSD/PNG?
3. Are the files layer flatten? (for working files such as PSD/AI files)
4. Is the Artwork set to CMYK colour mode?
5. Is your text size clear & visible to final finished print size?
6. Does the Artwork include at least 5mm away from the artwork edge to prevent it from cutting off? 

Printing Process Time:

For the same day confirmation before 3pm, it will be 5 working days to process it. 
Printing lead time would be 5-12 working days. 
For this part i would say that they are really efficient. 
Because i received it less than a week and its delivered to my door step!
