Sickness, high fever and Infections

Have been so sick lately, and i know something is really wrong.
Was having a High Fever yesterday during work and very bad pain on my kidney
till now fever hasn't go down to normal temperature. It stucks at 37.5 or higher.
After 2 hospital, so i decided to go for GP instead. Results: Kidney infection.
I can't eat, whatever i drink or after medication i just vomit out. Feeling Nausea, headache.
At least now i can drink water and have some soup. I must recover soon, have taken 4
days mc this month. I think i'm still lucky that im not dehydrate if not things goes worse
and need to stay in hospital for drips with medications into my body.

Need to rest and sleep. Good night!
